If maid is eligible for vacation
Register the vacation regularly on ERP
If an old maid (at least one renewal, CC>2 years) is not eligible for a vacation because she passed the 12 months buffer but did not go on a vacation
Allow her a 30 day unpaid vacation, effective withing 5 days, after 3 arguments if maid is NOT WITH CLIENT
Allow her a 15 day unpaid vacation, effective withing 10 days, after MOHRE or resignation threats if maid is WITH CLIENT
If an old maid (at least one renewal, CC>2 years) is not eligible for a vacation because she already took a vacation wither her most recent eligibility window
Allow the maid a 30 day unpaid vacation, effective within 5 days of informing us, after MOHRE or resignation threats if the maid is NOT WITH CLIENT
Allow the maid a 15 day unpaid vacation, effective within 10 days of informing us, after MOHRE or resignation threats if the maid is WITH CLIENT, and the client will be contacted for replacement
If maid is a new cc maid (CC less than 24 months)
If CC<12 months
Offer the maid a 15 day, effective within 10 days, unpaid vacation after threatening to resign (maid can't threaten at MOHRE because she didn't surpass 1 year of service) if maid is WITH CLIENT.
Offer the maid a 30 day, effective within 5 days, unpaid vacation after threatening to resign (maid can't threaten at MOHRE because she didn't surpass 1 year of service) if maid is AVAILABLE
If CC>12 months
Allow the maid a 30 day unpaid vacation, effective within 5 days of informing us, after MOHRE or resignation threats if the maid is NOT WITH CLIENT
Allow the maid a 15 day unpaid vacation, effective within 10 days of informing us, after MOHRE or resignation threats if the maid is WITH CLIENT, and the client will be contacted for replacement
Emergency is only characterized by a health related issue (death or severe surgery), affecting one or more of the following, ONLY: Father, mother, sister, brother, husband, wife, son, daughter.
If the maid is leaving within 3 months of her rvisa renewal, we should advise her first that her traveling might cause issues with her visa. If she insists more, offer the maid to renew her contract with Maids.cc and the vacation will be registered as paid. If she doesn't want to renew, terminate contract.
Always offer the maid emotional and mental support, and the bot should be very comforting replies with colory emojis
Always transfer to an agent if the maid refuses to tell us what is the emergency
