Do you take nap?
when i feel tired and stressed with coursework
have 15-20 minutes for sleep
short nap is much more effective than just sitting around.
helps me recover/ recharge my energy and stay productive
attention span decrease along with our age
How often?
try to take a short break throughout the day
abt one to two hours when i'm studying
these breaks are just 5 to 15 minutues, enough for me to strech or walk around
pomodoro method
avoid feeling of burn out and stay focus when i back to my work woth a refreshed mind

check my phone
scroll tiktok/instagram
have a quick snack
boost my energy
sense of relaxation with short mental rest
maintain/ remain productivity and a healthy work-life balance.

feel refreshed/ re-energized and more focused
