Ten Commandments
First Commandment
The Ten Commandments Quirk can only be deactivated or reactivated if Izumi Midoriya wills it
Second Commandment
Only Izumi Midoriya can change or erase any commandments created by the Ten Commandments Quirk
Third Commandment
Izumi Midoriya has an additional quirk that is a perfect copy of Katsuki Bakugo's quirk, related mutations included, which coexists with the Ten Commandments quirk with no repercussions
Fourth Commandment
Izumi Midoriya cannot remember the One for All quirk, any details of the One for All Quirk, the fact that All Might has a in injury, and the fact that All Might has a weakened form unless Toshinori Yagi revokes this commandment

Addendum
This additional quirk cannot be taken, edited, or otherwise affected by the All for One Quirk
Ten Subcommandments
First: The User can create a commandment by writing it on their skin, which will impose their will on reality
Second: Commandments can exceed the power of the Ten Commandments quirk, but if they do, the Commandment will fade, and the speed at which it will fade is proportional to the power of the commandment
Third: Commandments that do not exceed the power of the Ten Commandments quirk can become permanent if the user wills it, and similarly, the user can make the commandment erasable should they will it so
Fourth: The Ten Commandments quirk, should it create a second quirk, will not be affected, and will coexist with the new quirk(s)
Fifth: The user has a limit to the amount of additional quirks that can coexist with the Ten Commandments quirk without damage to the user, and the Ten Commandments quirk will prevent new quirks from being created if the new quirk would endanger the user
Sixth: Commandments can have up to two addendums, adding additional effects to the commandments, given that the addendums are related to the original commandment
