b) Nurse - "I want you to lift baby when we're drying and monitoring baby so ECG, sat probe, temp probe, pulse ox & assist in ventilation whenever needed"
c) Leader - "I'll start the timer when baby is born" 4) Ensure specific equipment

- ETT sizes
- Laryngoscope blade appropriate size
- Meconium aspirator if meconium in hx
