Memories & Emotions
Sight
The first room I truly felt safe in was my bedroom because it was the room I grew up in, and I spent most of my time in that room every day. I couldn't go upstairs and downstairs because I was too young and my parents were scared that I will fall, so I spent most of my time in that room.
The brightest and the most painful flash of light I've probably ever seen was when I was outside; there was a sun pointing in the direction of my eye, so it was a pretty painful flash that made me a bit dizzy. The flash of light made me blinded for around a few seconds.
A favourite trip from when I was young was the trip when I went to Ba Na Hill at Da Nang with my parents.
A memory from covid was when I was always inside my house, and I lost sight of the outside world because I hadn't gone out in a long time.
A type of meal that has brought people together is when my family ate seafood, and we all gathered together to eat.

Touch
A main physical action I want to do with my hands when I feel frustration is I want to punch something really hard to let my frustration out. I also grip my hand really tight to also calm myself down when I'm frustrated.
The feeling of disgust makes my body want to push something away because, for me, when I feel disgusted, I don't want a lot of things around me. If it's a specific thing in front of me that makes my body disgusted, I would probably just move away from it or clean it up.
Smell
-
The first time that I ever smelled a freshly opened can of Play-Doh was at school because I wanted to see what it was, and when I opened it, it smelled rubbery.
Sound
-
The best celebration ever is my birthday because it was very loud and there was a lot of energy, so I was really happy.
A lot of sounds I heard when I was young at home was there were a lot of TV sounds because I watch a lot of TV.
There was this one time when I was sleeping in the car when I suddenly woke up to noise of my driver arguing with another driver outside and there was a lot of car honks outside. I was scared because that was one of the first times I ever saw my driver arguing with another one in the middle of the road.
