Sight/ smell
The most vivid color I remember from my favorite place is pink, and this color makes me feel an overwhelming sense of sweet, hopeful calm.
The first smell that recalls to my favorite place is my the perfume that I used to spray on my self when I was in my old school. The bottle looked my a Minnie mouse purse. I reminds me of my old school because I used to spray it every morning of school. But I lost it now.

Touch
Having my cat in my hand is the best feeling ever. It is holding a heavy fluffy stuffed teddy. It like all my thought disappear and only focused on the warmth of my cat in my arms.
The transition from the school build to the cafeteria is like getting a warm hug. the school temperature is super cold, stepping outside to the warm sun is so comforting.

Hear
A sound in your memory that is tied to a routine is my alarm clock. It make me feel like I have to rush through the morning.
One sound that usually goes unnoticed, but was critically important in my memory is the sound of water running. I don't know why it makes me feel more safe.
