GAME MECHANICS
Treaties:
a contract between two nations for a number of turns, in exchange for influence points or by role play. (peace,resources or protection)

Roleplay:
Players don't have to Roleplay if action initiated in owned territories or in uses of troops. Roleplay will be engaged with hero's character actions.
Each turn, by an order predetermined, players will do civ actions first without need of RP. Then a second round table for Rp actions to ensure everyone has a chance to do whatever then wanted.
Morale:
Every 5 turn , or at DM discretion, a morale roll is asked to know population Morale, with the DC established by DM depending on what you have done during these 5 turns.

Death:
When a Hero dies, two options are offered:
Influence:
Influence act as a currency to acquire treaties,impose taxation, gain trade routes,initiate political or religious actions.
Influence is gain every turn depending on morale roll and can growth with some buildings and researches.
Happiness:
Happiness is the overall state of civilizations morale. it indicates the state of the player's population. Dm will initiate events depending on it either positive or negative.
World Countdown:
Even though the player could play without it, the countdown is a way to make the game faster. For up to twelve month(a session is a month in-game),the game escalate in tension to reach the final war.(Winch could be a world war or a World event)
HERO STATS
Intelligence
Affect Research, knowledge of the world.Tied with economy & science.
Charisma
Affect Persuasion,Deception and Intimidation. Helps gather followers.

Strength
Affect how well you use close ranged weapons and force manoeuvre, like carrying capacity and athletic checks.
Dexterity
Affect how well you use ranged weapons and dexterous manoeuvre, like stealth and acrobatic checks.

Event

Weather,Neutral nations rp, something eventful.
Council:
Each couple turn a hero meeting is called to recap where we're at and acknowledge dm intentions.

Trade Market
Starting Town hall lvl 2 players will be able to build a trade post gaining access to World market (DM)
Keep track of players civilisations morale, and World's political stability.

Building
Town Hall:
Tier 1 HP 300

Tier 2 HP 500 (upgrade cost) 250 food, 250 stone, 250 gold
Pillars of Resources:
Comes at town hall lvl 2. Pillars are one reliable way to gather a specific resource on a territory. It cost resources to create
and upgrade.
