More graphic based posts, gaming, lifestyle, fitness, showing off members more, accomplishments, personal content, doesn't always need to be Team Vove posts, can be Vove "Brad" etc. Focus just on the team, and building the team through posting, not talking about news. Other pages and brands already have taken advantage and I think we should stray away from it.
Members must be dedicated to growing their personal brands, and spreading the word about the team, and what we do. When Team Vove was at it's best all members communities knew about the brand, and followed alonig. If you aren't focused on building a personal brand anymore you can not be here any longer. Can't grow the Team Vove community if we all aren't chipping in to doing so, and getting the community back. Also the community involvement will never happen if we don't rebuild that. We can't do community based videos, events, ect.
