- - - - Key concept: Chickens are the main course of all our meals.They are animals that also need water,air and food to survive.Chickens gives us eggs and meat that keeps our bodies healthy.
  - - - Provide learners with images of chickens and the types of food that chickens provide and how they help humans.
        
        key concept: The chicken has 4 stages of which is the egg,chick,adolescent and the adult. The hen lays the fertilized egg for 21 days until it hatches.       - Learners will be provided with a colouring sheet where they have to organise the cycle of the chicken in the right order from 1-4 and then colour it in afterwards.
- - - - Key concept : chickens also lives in the wild.
        
        Learners will be provided with different kinds of pictures that is about where chickens live and their habitat, I will ask them questions such as how they would've build a home for the chicken.
  - - - I will give them an activity where they have to collect materials
        that they will use for their chicken nest that they have to make.
- - - - Learners will bring their materials and build their nests individually.
        
        A kid friendly nest is made of a boxwood or straw,
        
        key concept- Why do chickens need shelter.
        
        They need shelter to stay safe and lay eggs,
        
        I will end my lesson by reflecting on the theme we did and asking the learners why they chose that specific shelter for the chicken.,
