Cow
Concept: Cow supply meat milk and also another dairy product. The cows must be given care and clean environment. (Writer, 2025)
Engaging activity: Where do we get from and where it comes from. The learners will do investigating by doing an act or play to uncover how is make and processed. They will be farmers and milk collectors.
Activity: Classifying different kinds of cows.
Chickens
Concept: Chickens supply eggs and meat. The also educate individuals about a life cycles and responsibility and upskill them in caring of animals.
Engaging activity: Exploration, the students will explore how the chickens supply food as well as how they grow. They are going to first start by observing pictures of chickens and later go on to do a poster demonstrating the different stages of an egg to hen.
Activity: Comparing different kinds of chickens according to thier colour.
Social Science
Sheep
Concept: Sheeps supply wool for individuals to make clothes out of the wool. The farmers and society need to take care of the environment where the sheep grow and take care of their shearing. (Mccune, 2023)
Engaging activity: Look at how does wool turn into clothing. The student will explore wool, cotton, silk and choose and decide which one comes from which animal.
Activity: How we take care of Sheeps.
Donkeys
Activity: Different things we get from Donkeys.
Concept: Donkeys help community individuals with transport. They carry fetch and take loads to desired locations in the community.
Engaging activity: Students will look why donkey are essential for transportation in the community. The students will look and compare different types of transportation used by individuals and animals.
Technology
Dogs
Concept: Guide dogs assist individuals as companions. They guide individuals and protect them. ( Miller, 2022)
Engaging activity: The students will look at how dogs assist individuals. The will investigate the different kinds of dogs.
Activity: Make a kennel/doghouse.
Bees
Activity: Make a beehive. or make a easy flower and bee, using colour papers.
Bees assist plants to grow by pollination and make honey that individuals use. (Roa, 2024)
Engaging activity: The learners will go out and observe the different types of flowers and bees to see how pollination takes place.
