being encouraged to include the features discussed.
Add wool all over the body of the sheep.

Different types of fabric from animals:
Wool, down feathers, leather, silk, cashmere.

Class activity:
Let learners compare different materials
like cotton, wool, leather and silk. They
compare how the materials feel, their weight, interaction
with water. Learners can then classify fabrics/materials
into different groups based on characteristics.

Past vs Present:
Animals have always been an important part of maintaining health of the planet and helping humans. Dogs: Then: hunt and protect. Now: Search-and-rescue and guide dogs. Horses and donkeys: Then: transport and agriculture. Now: Horses now domesticated, in many cultures still used as transport and farming. (The Good Times, 2025)
Class Activity: Let learners classify how the animals help/ed us then and now under "Past" and "Present" columns.

Class activity: Learners draw pictures and write a story about what they think a day in the life of one of the above discussed people's lives would look like.
