        to build and launch first new-to-market instant digital personal loan product in the viet nam country , from concept to market launch

        projecting the Total Addressable Market + customer acquisition + loan number to make platform profitable
        
        After business case approved, I made concrete strategy : design API-first Bank-as-a-service blueprint
        
        Go with critical partner like F88, Zalopay or similar top 5, bring our API-first product to their platform instead of build features into our banking app

        Situation : the CIMB want to strategic partnership lending platform - to do instant digital loan &
        The challenges that - we need to work with legacy bank system is not designed for realtime or** external integration**
        
        also compliance & risk model is not well-defined for this initiative yet
        
        Task : as Head of delivery , I need to lead the development team to build API-first platform , together work with other team like complinace to work out the risk & credit scoring model
        
        we has project of 6 months with one usecase and need to comply strictly and security following by SBV and Group policy
        
        Action :
        
        Architecture API-first open banking solution with engagement layer (api-gateway, developer portal, API management portal)
        
        build new loan service , new-onboarding , digital signing , credit scoring & fraud services layer, before interact with legacy core system
        
        use event-driven architecture , to support async loan submission, loan status and disbursement features
        
        leverage lending core products in core-banking
        
        integrate with external datasources like CIC, PCB to check credit historical together leverage internal customer data to build for new credit scoring & AML control
