Keeping up-to-date with new technology that aids productivity is at the fore front of my role. Accurx, cinapsis, IGPR and CQRS local are just some of a few tools I use to help me or others save time.

The pandemic has highlighted the importance of universal global healthcare awareness. I keep abreast of all of the health alerts and notifications.

It is imperative that I keep up to date with employment law changes, I use the ACAS, CIPD and GOV websites as my first point of call in researching the upcoming change
Sustainability and ethical leadership
I have guided the organisation into a recycling scheme and encouraged energy usage awareness.
Wellbeing and mental health focus
I am an advocate for wellbeing and mental health focuses in my organisation and actively started a well-being review program. I also practice mindfulness.

I have used these tools consistently in my HR practice - I find podcasts really informative

DEI - training is part of our core training provision and it's comprehension and understanding is assessed annually.
Career path diversification
I am currently undertaking a CIPD course to diversify my career and management skills.

The use of soft skills is an integral part of my role, having check-in conversation with individuals to ensure comprehension of information is essential.
