Types of Khaas - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Kaamil (complete - كَامِلٌ) - it is to carry out the actual wajib with the perfection (completion) in its quality, like carrying out the salah in its time with the congregation.
        
        Its ruling – it will take with it one out of the responsibility
      - Qasir (deficient - قَاصِرٌ) – it is carrying out the actual wajib, with a loss(flaw) in its quality like offering salah without the recitation of Surah Fateha and without ta’deel arkan
        
        Its ruling – if it is possible to fix or compensate the deficiency of loss with a substitute it will be compensated with it and if not the hukm of the loss will be dropped resulting in sin.
    - - 1.Kaamil (complete/optimal -كَامِلٌ) – it is carrying out the substitute of the wajib in its form and its meaning, like the qada of salah.
        Suratan – we are resembling the salah. exactly in terms of surah (meaning praying qada of zuhr as zuhr)
        Ma’ana – meaning – 4 rakahs of zuhr for instance we make the same intention of 4 rakahs. The only difference in ada and qada is the time.
      - 2.Qasir (deficient - قَاصِرٌ) – it is to carry out the substitute of the wajib only in meaning, like giving fidya after death.
- - - - Its ruling: the thing it is prohibited from, is not that which is attributed with the prohibition. It is a good thing in itself. It is disliked to due to some other reason. The person doing the action will be engaged in haram due to some other reason, not due to the action itself.
      - Benefit:
        The prohibition of the action doesn’t negate the consequence of hukm upon it. Like giving divorce during haidh.
    - - Its ruling : the prohibited thing is actually what the prohibition has come regarding, So its essence will be disliked and nor it will be legislated at all.
      - These actions are always prohibited
- - - - Its ruling – it is not a condition that an action encompasses the entire time. The obligation of the action in it does not negate the obligation of another action in it from the same category. Nor does it invalidate another action in it from the same category. The command in it can not be fulfilled unless by specifying the intention, even if the time is less.
    - - Its ruling – when shariah has specified it for a time, then nothing else will be wajib in that time. The condition of specifying niyya is dropped like fasting in Ramadan.
