Leni Riefenstahl
German poster promoting the first part of Leni Riefenstahl’s film on the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Completed in 1938, the film won international acclaim and they wanted to promote a positive picture of Nazi Germany to the world.
Triumph of the Will (1935) and Olympia (1938),
Olympic Committee, praised the film and held Riefenstahl in the highest regard.
When it can to denazification she was not found guilty for some crimes she was seen as a "fellow travellor"

This would later ruin her career and many relationships. she struggled to find work in the directing and film industry as her past haunted her works however she made 3 films in the time after WW2
can be seen that he directed these films due to them being fully funded by the NSDAP which lead to them funding other films which we wanted to produce such as Tiefland
she managed her own production company, Riefenstahl Film, GmbH, seperate from the control of gobbells (Minister of Propaganda)
