Weight refers to the strength or softness that is given to the body. Strong movement is when more mass and energy engages the body. Whereas softness applies to be delicate and body-mass aims to be feather-like.
Using weight to show the different elements e.g. movement representing water would be light weight, soft and free.
Firm, strong and heavy represents the expressions of frustrations of Hina towards not being able to catch some fish for dinner.

Tempo is the aspect of time that refers to the speed or beat of movement. Movements can be fast, medium and slow.

time it is sustained.
