Boomers are the generation of people that were born between 1946 and 1964 following WW2. They are between 61 to 79 years old. The name comes from the baby boom which was an increase in the birth rate after WW2.

Generation Z were the people born between 1997 to 2012. they are between 13 to 28 years old and were the first social generation to grow up with Web 2.0 and digital technology as an established commodity.

Gen X :
Generation X were people born between 1965 and 1980. Generation X was a time of shifting societal values, Generation X was sometimes called the latchkey generation, a reference to their returning as children from school to an empty house and using a key to let themselves in. this was a result of what is now called free-range parenting.

Millennials:
Millennials are the people born between 1981 and 1996. This generation saw the rise of the internet and the information age and are seen as the first global generation. Millennial in the US, have been called the unluckiest generation as the average Millennial has experienced slower economic growth and more recessions since entering the workspace than any other generation in history.
Movies and tv shows that came out during this generation are Golden Girls, Miami Vice, and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.

Gen Alphas:
Generation Alpha were the people born between 2013 to 2024. Generation Alpha is the first generation to e born in entirely in the 21st generation. Generation Alpha has been born at a time of falling fertility rates across much of the world, and experienced the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic as young children. in the 2020s, children's entertainment has been increasingly dominated by portable digital technology, social networks, and streaming services.
Generation Alpha mainly grew up with youtube instead of television like like most generation before them, so they mainly grew up watching youtube with the most popular being cocomelon.
