Gen X

Millennials
Millennials were born between the years 1981 to 1996. 30 - 40
Millennials watch shows such as Jeremy Kyle, Britains got Talent, Walking Dead or the Simpsons.
They prefer live action shows or adult cartoons with crude jokes like in Bob's Burgers. Shows that address controversy or critic corporation also attract their attention
Millennials are also very aware of what's going on around them and support shows on Youtube such as Hellava Boss and Knights of Guinevere.
Gen Z
Generation Z was born between the years 1997 and 2012. 14 - 20
Shows that may appeal to Gen Z are shows such as The Owl House, Gravity Falls, Amphibia or Scream Street. Movie wise, films like How to Train Your dragon, Rise of the Guardians, Brave or Tangled.
Generation Z prefers films and movies that are dramatic with fast paced stories that still go into detail. They prefer movies and shows that have diversity such as LGBTQIA+, race, or acknowledging history.
Shows such as The Amazing Digital Circus and Murder Drones are also popular among Gen Z, which are shows animated and crated on Youtube that have gained popularity.
Gen Z is very aware of the greed in corperations so they move to Youtube, where people are releasing piolets for shows they want to make and show for free there, such as Knights of Guinevere, a new show that was able to come out due to the support of people online who wanted to support a creator who was slighted by Disney.
Live actions films and shows such Wednesday, Stranger Things, Gossip Girls and All of us are Dead.

Generation Alpha
Generation Alphas were born between the years 2013 and 2024. 5 - 12
Early shows that came out during those years for children their age were things like Doc McStuffins, Gravity Falls, The Owl House and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

The elder Generation Alphas shared a lot of shows with the younger Generation Zs, leading to both generations sharing a demographic in some areas.
The older Gen Alphas might prefer animated shows with high quality stories such as Gravity Falls or Amphibia. They might also appreciate Bluey, like younger Gen Alphas for its consistency and story telling.
Later shows for Generation Alpha were a lot simpler such as Elinor Wonders Why, Bluey and Toca Life Stories.
