Fist multicellular Organism: Unicellular forms evolved and giving diversity to single celled Eukaryotes (1,300mya)
The Cambrian Explotion: Sudden appearance of fossils resembeling modern animal phyla. First evidence of predator and prey.(535-525 mya)

cyanobacteria :first evolved in oxygenic photosynthesis. This probably doomed many prokaryotic groups by attaching chemical bonds and damaging cells.
