      - The subsequences fit Zipfian distribution. This could still be from uneven sounds.
    - - This created 1,000 datasets. This preserved sounds but destroyed sequential structure. The following method involved redoing the segment and compared R^2 to a Zipfian distribution.
      - The unedited whale song had an R^2 of 0.93. None of the shuffled sets met that value for R^2.
      - Statistical testing showed that z equaled 23.09 and P<0.00001. For the combination of the sequences, z equals 26 and P<0.00001. When reversing the songs, the transitional probability showed z to be equal to 24.67 and P<0.00001.
