Abduction
- Purpose of the removal of the minor
- Crime may only occur where the removal happens with certain purposes. Where X either marries Y or has sexual intercourse with her.
- Proof of the marriage or sexual intercourse is not required but the proof of intention to do so is.
- X must intend to remove Y permanently or for a substantial period of time.
- Whether the actual removal occurs is not relevant but the intention to remove for a substantial period of time is.
- X may intend to either marry Y or have sexual intercourse with them through a third party.
- It is required that these purposes be carried out as soon as Y is abducted.
