WESTWOOD VILLAGE HALL SPREADSHEET PROJECT
HCI
The purpose of this HCI is to be easy to use and to create a new booking system to manage bookings for the hall.
The layout of the spreadsheet is going to easy to use and track bookings. It will be sorted in terms of alphabetical order in terms of the clients names or the client number.
The colours of the spreadsheet will match the Westwood Village Hall logo, green, light blue and a cream colour.
There will be a button on the bottom right of each sheet so that you can move from page to page. There will also be a home page which will show multiple buttons which will have all of the names of the different sheets so that you don't always have to go back to the home page to go to where you want to go.

Customers will be sorted in alphabetical order or customer numbers.
I will make sure that the spreadsheet will not be able to be edited/deleted/accessed by unauthorised people. I will do this by using the password stated in the user requirements by downloading the spreadsheet in excel and then creating a password.
