The formula to calculate the angle for each sector is:
Angle of the sector= Frequency of the category or interval×360
total frequency
Example:
For a study of blood groups among 250 pregnant women, the frequency for blood group "A" is 25. The angle for this sector in a pie chart would be:

=25×360÷250=36
