- - - - The workflow should auto genetrate email to insurance company requesting the letter of indemnity for the people requesting it and monitor the email account for the responce and forward the returned letters of indemnity to the client ( the letters of endemnity may come from a seperate email that the one we apply to - keeping copies in the event folder for our reference
