HR Final = YES
HR Confirm → Lifecycle = Confirmed
HR Extend → Lifecycle = Extended → Restart evaluation (multi-cycle: 1, 2, 3 months)
HR Reject → Process ends
HR Final = NO (Supervisor Final)
Supervisor Confirm → Lifecycle = Confirmed
Supervisor Extend → Lifecycle = Extended → Restart evaluation (multi-cycle: 1, 2, 3 months)
Supervisor Reject → Process ends
Approval Workflow (HR Support)
Approver levels: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4
Validate sequential approvals
Approver approve/reject scenarios
After approval chain → HR makes final decision
Negative: skip approver, reject in middle, incomplete chain
Lifecycle Updates
Confirmed → Employee status updated
Extended → Extension applied (check duration: 1, 2, 3 months) → Restart cycle
Rejected → Probation cycle ends
Negative: invalid extension period (e.g., 0 days, past date)
Multi-Cycle Handling
Single cycle → confirm/extend/reject
Multiple cycles (1, 2, 3 months) → restart evaluation
Test: extend twice, extend thrice, confirm after multiple extensions
Edge case: exceed allowed cycle count
Reporting Validation
Reports must capture all evaluation data:

Approvers name(s)
Final decision
Final decision date
Action date
