📌 Daily Scrum 屬於 執行 (Executing)，
但同時有 監視與控制 (Monitoring & Controlling) 的特質。
執行
(Executing)：
團隊同步計劃 → 讓工作能順利展開
監視與控制
(Monitoring & Controlling)：
檢查進度、發現障礙，
等於小型「進度監控」
👉 所以 Daily Scrum 不能只歸類在單一群組，而是 「執行 + 監控」的橋樑活動。

時間：
每天固定時間，
通常 15 分鐘內
參與者：
開發團隊（PO & SM 可以參加，但主要是團隊同步）
內容：
我昨天完成了什麼？
我今天要做什麼？
有什麼阻礙？

性質：
不是狀態報告，而是團隊彼此協調
考點提醒：
若題目問「Daily Scrum 是哪個會議？」
→ Scrum 事件 (Event)

→ 執行 + 監控
