Technology In the middle ages many chinese inventors were carried along the silk road to europe. Chinese inventors that made the world in a different place were paper money, clockwork, silk, porcelain , fireworks, kites, umbrellas, and the wheelbarrow . (cotterell pg.22)
Religion Confucius believed that by family relationships should also be governed by mutual respect. Confucius encouraged ancestor worship because it strengthened family loyalties , and Cunfucuis developed a new moral outlook based on kindness , respect , and the strenght of family. Government: In 221 B.C. the chinese empire was formed. Ancient China was ruled by powerful leaders like the first emperor of China. The government includes officials who worked for the empire and were chosen through a system of merit.
