My weekends will be a mix of active and not, as sometimes I spend them shopping/with friends and family, or at home all day. :arrow_up_down:
Overall Goal
Through having the data visualized, I hope to motivate myself to exercise more often and be more active, especially on the days where I am sedentary. I want to build a healthier lifestyle, and this is a great first step since I am able to see just how much time I spend active vs. inactive.
