Target audince will be mangers who organise and coordinate the hall in order to set up and know the amount of people who have book the hall and how much they will be paying

House style
The style of the spreadsheet will be colours coordinated by the logo of Westwood village hall. These colours do include cream, light green and light blue. With simple readable fonts. Adding complicated fonts means that our client may not be able to properly read important information for customers. Fronts that I am planning to use is lexend or Delius. Backgrounds of the spreadsheets will still include the cream.

User interface
User interface will include things like the home screen. when you first open the spreadsheet which will include buttons for the diffrent sections of the sheet which you will need to click on to take you to the diffrent parts of the sheet
Calculations needed
-total the number of bookings made in october and number of bookings made by each cutomer in that month
-the total number of bookings made for each type of booking in october
-total income generated from bookings made in october that include extra items
-total income genrated for the month of october
- the total income genrated from each customer for the cookings they have made in octomer
Must also let the manager select different customers ID on the bill can be printed. As well as see the number of total income for the full hall price and half price. To be able to see if this is having a positive effect on the business.
clinet requirments
Some of the client requiremt include:
-contain a spreadsheet that always opens on the main menu
-have appropriate validation to minmise errors
-have appropritate security measures to ensure no unauthorised people have acces
-users can't accindentally delete data or formula
-
Graphs needed
there will need to be 8 diffrent graphs to represnt the diffrent calculations that are being taken and so this will be an oportunity to be able to lay it out right in front of our clinet or manager. We also may need things like labling on the graph to explain certain key asspects of it
Price
The price of depends on the length of time somone wants to rent the hall.
- If hall is booked at an hourly rate (will cost customer £42.50)
- If hall is booked for the full day rate (will cost customer £245.00)
- If the hall was only wanted for half a day deprending on the event, this will then cost 50% of the full day rate (which will cost £122.50)
