the manger of the village hall is my target audinece member, he is the one who interacts with the spreadsheet, the community members booking the hall will not see this.

for the house style, i would like to go with a lightish moss green that is complemented by a pale cream, this encomapsses the main part of the village halls logo.

the total number of bookings made per customer in the month of october
the total number of each booking type. half day full day or per hour
the total income generatred from booking the extras.
the total income generated from booking the hall excluding extras.

the total income generarted from each customer fpr the bookings they have made in october
the spreadhseet should also be able to.
allow the manger to
select a different customer id on the invoice so that the caluclations are automatically updated and a new invoice printed
see the effect on the total income for the hall if the price for the full day rate is increased by £25 for the full day and £12.50 for a half day.
the different results that are needed to be output
an invoice generated by typing in the customers number
this should include
date of invoice
customers id
booking number and the date of the booking
cost per booking
total cost
the spreadhseet should have appropriate security measures, i am aiming to have the security password needed to be entered when you first accsess the spreadsheet and then again when you get to more confidnetial pages such as details of the customers and their invoices
i should have an appropriate validation method to minimise errors in the date.
