folloing the house style and branding (following the colour scheme of light green and beige colours with hints of blue, with a similar font )
have an easy-to-use Human Computer Interface (HCI) to make sure it easy and quick for all the staff to use comptelty

house style
the style of the spreadsheet will match the logos colours and desgine features. it will have simliar colours inluduing a light green, light blue and a beige/cream colour.

graphs needed
to make sure evertything is clear and easy to understand i will make 8 graphs for each calcualtion. to make is more understanding it will all be labled to make it as clear as possible

some graphs will be; pie chart, bar graph, line graph
target audiance
the target audiance is the managers, oweners and staff of the westwood village hall, this is so that they are completey aware of whos booking and when there booking for in a easy and secure way
the managers can easliy see who is booked in for when and can create a automatic invoice form them which saves time for their team and can mean the staff can foucus on other things
invoice
when the manager clicks on somebody who has booked it creates an automtic invoice/bill for them. this saves everybody time is a more accurate way of collecting the bill
