mismatch between the education and the job requirements
the youth graduated from different field that does not match the requirements of the market
the market needs engineers and IT sector but most youths are graduated from humanities
companies are hiring employees from outside
because of lower wage
easier to manage them and apply rules
they have fresher ideas to improve the company

the fresh graduates can not get experience without getting jobs
all employers need workers with experience
in result only those with experience get jobs
the sponsorship rules
in gulf there is sponsorship rule applied (kafala )
sponsor may not agree to change the youth's jobs
the result is that the youth cannot move easily between jobs
The growth of modern technology and fewer roles for humans
results reduce job opportunities for youths
many tasks done by machines
