You must believe in yourself first.

if you say "I'm ready." Your brain will find a way
if you say "I'm not good enough," your brain will find an excuse
if your thinking is negative

that homework is very hard, I cannot solve it, it take a lot of time but will have no result
--> may be no action ---> no result even it fail
if your think is positive:
eg
that homework is very hard but I think I can solve it or I must solve it. you maybe try to solve it, even it's failure, at least you have tried and you can try again to solve it
How to
say with yourself positive words
think -> emotion -> action -> result
Celebrate even a small win
-> you have great emotion -> brain will more believe in you
don't give up when failure:
learn the failure -> try again -> fix the error
improve everyday
no one good at they was born, everything must study and improve everyday
Lesson 2: Success come from
Discipline
what?
do the thing even you don't want
discipline means choosing
your future over your feelings
power of discipline
power than motivation
build discipline
start small thing
commitment yourself
start doing small uncomfortable things every day
the world doesn't reward excuses it rewards execution
if you want something, stop explaining and start acting
Lesson 4:
Stop waiting the right time
facts
There is no perfect time
only have "now" and what you do with it
Action creates readiness.
no wait for believing to talk, you become believe when you talk
success come from small step and no perfect everyday
How
start messy, start with afraid but just start
ask yourself every morning what small step can I take today
you don't need a 5-year plan you need a 5-second decision to begin
think of one thing you've been delaying and do a small version of it today
once you started, momentum will appear
Lesson 7: your future starts now not tomorrow

your mind believes what you tell it right now
if you said someday, today will not have any action
if you said: "I can do it, I cannot wait anymore"

write down what you truly want
break it into small steps
take the first step today
don't worry about step 100, just focus on step 1

get comfortable being uncomfortable

Everyone want to growth with comfortable
if you want to achieve something big you have to be ready to feel uncomfortable and not just once but again and again
comfort zone is a prison
your brain is designed to keep you safe

you must take that step every time you do something uncomfortable
Tell yourself,
This hard but i'm not weak
this feels scary but it won't kill me
i grow by facing things not avoiding
no need for ready, only need brave
when fear is present you'll never feel ready
need breave to do "first step"

Defeat the fear of failure

Brain love safe
The fear stop you starting
If you're not moving forward, you're falling behind
Failure is not the opposite of success, it's a lesson for success.

consistent even when no one claps
Facts
no one will clap for you in the beginning in the early days
no one will notice your effort

your brain your habits your skills all respond to repetition
