Cool drinks and lactose drinks are hard to store, especially in hot weather
Transporting them would be rather difficult, even in a small amount

Various drinks can be sold depending on the seasons (Eg: Lemonade in the summer and hot chocolate in the winter)
Customizable, so students can ask for more boba or ice than usual
Threats
If one steps of the procedure is flawed, it could lead to various health risk for the students
Some major materials (syrup, milk, ....) can be too costly

Cheap, beneficial when purchased in large bulks

It is hard to predict which would be the best-selling product, therefore we might have too excessive or too little in stock

Knock-off, cheap toys are more available for older students demographic as they have more finance acces
There are a lot of trending toys, therefore it is convenient to decide what model of toys we can sell

The idea is not very original, we might have a lot of competitors
Many trends can die quick, especially toys when they go out of styles

Not much help needed from us employees, people can do what they want with the handicraft
Unique, fully customizable, and encourages people of all ages to craft their own souvenirs

This will attract people with all age because of its originality and can act as a way to strenghen relationships between students
Handcraft workshop is new in general, therefore there might be less competitors
