- - - - Ran science experiments and educate students on science principles. Was Captain of Science Olympiad in the 2024-2025 school year and was recently elected President for the 2025-2026 school year.
    - - Part of Team Spark and engaged with young visitors through hands-on STEM experiences and interactive demonstrations.
    - - Maintained a clean and organized environment, restocked supplies, handled basic admin tasks, transported samples to NICU, and provided comfort for mothers during postpartum recovery.
    - - Helped students learn basic Arduino programming (C++). Answered questions, ensured that students in the program were completing their end project (a wearable tech invention), and offered guidance and support.
    - - Wrote a research paper on Multiple Sclerosis, focusing on the differences electrophysiological features in Purkinje cells using a mouse model. Used platforms like Python to perform data analysis and currently in the process of publication.
  - - - This is my second year doing tutoring. Last year, it was kind of unofficial but this year I'm officially a tutor for Mrs. Bisacchi and Ms. Ferrante. Tutoring is one of my favorite classes because if money wasn't a concern, I would definitely choose teaching as a profession. I'm not sure I'm that good at articulating statements but I love teaching people and sharing knowledge. I love tutoring students in (mostly) English and Math and seeing when they have a moment of understanding. Even though its not money or goods, just the fact that I was able to help them is so ultimately rewarding.
    - - This class teaches me a lot about mindfulness and aspects of our health, like mental and emotional health. I took this class as I thought it would be beneficial if I were to become a doctor.
    - - With the hopes of becoming a doctor in the future, I took a Body Systems class with some of my good friends, Shannelle and Ancel. So far, I am really enjoying the class, as I enjoy learning about Anatomy, after gaining a general understanding of it from Science Olympiad events.
    - - I took this CCR class because I thought Emergency Medicine sounded interesting and I thought it would be good to become certified in CPR.
- - - - I think a strong part of American culture is music. Indian culture doesn't focus much on up-and-coming bands or artists, but instead listen to songs from popular movies. Music and songs that weren't composed for movies is what shocked me about American culture, and over the past few years, I have developed a more "American" music taste. Currently, my favorite artists are SZA, Laufey, and Sadie Jean.
    - - I don't really like American food that much, but some of my favorites would have to be waffles, hashbrowns, and French Fries.

  - - - Apart from Thai cuisine, Indian food has to be my favorite cuisine in the world. As a vegetarian, whenever I get Indian food, I am offered a variety of options, which makes it so nice. I also love the spices and the complex flavors of each dish. My favorite food would be very hard to choose but I would have to say Poori and Besan.
    - - The most common religion in India is Hinduism. My parents practice Hinduism, and as their daughter, I have been brought up in a household that practices Hindu ideals. This includes going to the temple to pray every 2-3 months, going to festivals, and doing poojas. An interesting tradition that we have is that during Navaratri, a festival that celebrates the god Saraswathi, of knowledge and wisdom, we place textbooks and school supplies in front of a picture of the deity to "ensure" that we do well in our classes that year.
    - - Indian clothing is where I feel at home and the most like myself. Even though it is very uncomfortable, I love the large variety Indian traditional clothing has and how "princess-like" it makes me feel. I feel like it is more modest than American clothing, but makes up for that with innovative creations.

        English is my first language, and Telugu is a close second. I've learnt Telugu mostly in Telugu school, which I attended for about 5 years.
    - - I feel more connected to my Indian roots than my American ones, even though I have lived in America my entire life.
    - - I've been dancing for almost 9 years now. Before I moved to Santa Clarita, I did Kuchipudi, a traditional dance in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh (states in India) but after moving here in 2018, I started learning Bharatnatyam (a dance in the southern part of India). Indian classical dances are often linked to Hindu deities and depict mythological stories between the gods and humans.
