Your brain is made of billions of cell called nerons. These neurons communiticate with each other through electrical signals
The more you repeat a thought or an action, the stronger the connection between those neurons become
When you change any thing and someone find it and ask? they don't see repitition thousands times, but your mind see and your habit, consious change

Your brain does not grow from comfort, Your brain grows from controlled suffering. From facing fear, from talking into discomfort. from choosing what is difficult, again and again
The word conditioning means to train a system to become stronger under pressure
You do hard thing and after, your brain release dopamine and you find it such rewards, you rise not scary

HABIT 1:write it out- don't cary it all inside
write out every thing, that you feel it full and clean
step 2: choose your time ( morning or night)
after wake up. before you bed, during a break lunch , while sip tea in silence (even 5-10mins can change your entire day)
step 3: let it out loud- not lilters
write exacly what you feel. you thought

because she gave her pain a voice, and once the pain spoke. it stopped screaming in her mind

step 5: practice mental energy recovery
just like your body needs rest after exercise- you brain needs recovery after stress
-> spend 15 mins in silence- listen to claming music/ take a mindful walk without your phone
/ meditate or deep breathe/ write 3 things you 're grate for/ take a nap or do nothing- without guit/ laugh-watch or read something light
EVERY 'YES' YOU SAY TO STH MEANINGLESS... IS A 'NO' TO STH MEANINGFUL
The power of self-love
It's not about thinking you are better than others. It's about accepting who you are, taking care of yourself and treating yourself with the same kindness you would give to someone you deeply care about
The way you treat yourself sets the standard for how others will treat you
without self-love, your happiness will always rise, and falling depending on what people say about you or how they treat you, if they praise you, you feel good, if they criticize you, your mood crashes, ? you want it?
say with you like you want to say with close friend or who you love. instead 'i'm terrible at this' you can say 'i'm still learning, and i will get better with practice'
setting boundaties without guilty, build fence to protect your garden with postive thoughts
the right people will respect your limits, the wrong people will fade away

If your believe you are unworthy, you will settle for less than you deserve,But if you look in the mirror and see oneone capable, resilient, and worthy of love, your actions will naturally follow that vision
