I can design a lunch meal with a lot of vegetables accompanied by a fruit smoothie. This builds social connections and relationships, as my client's family/friends will be inspired to eat healthier food. This will broaden the conversation topics amongst them.

If I plan to use vegetables in my meal, I can choose some that can quicky cooked. (3-5 minutes) Cabbage, kale, spinach are some possible choices.

My mom wants to cook a healthy meal frequently. Meal should be fast to prepare. Can it be made within 30-40 minutes?

I can use juicy and sweet fruits such as mangoes, watermelons, strawberries etc.
The fruits used will be decided based on user research.
Does my meal ensure my client consumes a variety of nutrients?
I can use a variety of fruits and potentially include pastry elements in lunch meal. Pastry elements have carbohydrates, boosting energy for a long period of time.
Does my meal have good food presentation?(use of different heights, textures etc) My client tends to eat more when food is presented well.
