Positive themes
Immersion
"I was able to immerse myself a lot more than I thought I would and I didn't find that disorienting"
"When I was doing the first sort of like orienting task of picking up the objects and like looking at them and stuff they looked a lot more realistic, especially I think the there was a motherboard of a PC. That one was extremely realistic"
"I think the most useful part of it is in some ways you feel a lot less like you are being assessed because its closer to you know at least in my experience like closer to a video game or something that I am trying to immerse myself in. I'm thinking less about being assessed. So I think in that sense you might be able to I mean "get like a better reading" because I am in more relaxed conditions".
Hand functionality
"I think the thing that I like the most is being able to use the hands and how there are like multiple things you can do with the hands"
"I think grabbing the objects and sort of like being able to toss them around in my hand and throw them and stuff that was really fun"
Anticipation
"I think the main feeling I had overall was anticipation I would say because I'd want to see how difficult the next task is, what the probability would be"
Ease of use
"It was really easy. I was able to immerse myself really well and I got used to the controls also very quickly so it wasn't distressing in any way"
Storyline
"I think that could be really nice because the thing is then the tasks don't seem as random and if it fits within a storyline it becomes again closer to a video game sort of experience where you're not constantly worried or anxious about you know being assessed and like what are people thinking of the results I'm giving right now. It helps you like kind of immerse or like get lost better"

Negative themes
Pump task
"I think the thing I liked least was the pump because there is a lot of effort and the thing is the pump was placed like a little above my eye level or shoulder level. I think because I am used to pumps sort of being lower it takes less effort to do this than it does to do that"
-
"I think just how repetitive the task was because by the end I think I was forcing myself to just do the task because I wanted to make sure you have data. Its not that i wanted to complete it I had a completely different motivation. So yeah I think like long repetitive tasks that's my biggest problem.
-
Immersion
"I think it would have been a little more immersive if it had like walking around because it felt like I was just seated. I think I could tell that like my immersion was quite limited in that way"
-
Post-VR feeling
"I'm not sure if this is relevant but I think slightly once I like initially took it off there was like this bit of you know that residual feeling of when you get out of a train and you can still kind of feel moving. I think like if I was moving my head too fast it felt like oh a camera is moving too fast and that became a little scary"
