NON PROFIT ORGANISATION
A nonprofit organisation can be in the form of a trust, company or any other association of persons.
A registered nonprofit organisation is a juristic person and must reflect its registered status as a nonprofit organisation and its registration number on all of its documents.
In terms of regulation 24(1)(b), the said registration status and number must be described in addition to the ordinary description for a company or trust, with reference to its name and number. (p.51)

STATUTORY BODIES
Means a body / institution which has been created by statute and comes into existence on a date prescribed by such statute.(universities, boards, corporations, commissions etc.)
Whole duty, existence, legal persona, and powers derived from the relevant Act in which it was created. A statutory body is described by referring to its statutory name and to the section and statute number by which it was established (p.53)
