User Requirements
Alert responsible parties or trigger an internal response when tampering is detected
Ensure that tampering does not go unnoticed, even during a power outage
Be integrated seamlessly with the external housing for full coverage
Be difficult to bypass without triggering a tamper alert
Restore normal operation only after tamper conditions are cleared and acknowledged
Functional Requirements
Detect the opening, prying or removal of the device housing or secure panels
Send a tamper alert to the Control & Processing Subsystem
Log tamper events (date, time, type) locally or remotely
Disable the EVSE and block new session until tamper is resolved
Support secure re-arming/reset of tamper status by authorized personnel
Maintain tamper state in the event of a power failure
