INTRODUCTION TO SCIENCE
-application of knowledge and understanding of the natural and social world following a systematic methodology.
EARLY SCIENCE
-formation of attitudes and mastery of science process skills through the investigation of the living world, material world and physical world including earth and space.
-help children to be more sensitive and concern about the environment, acquire knowledge and skills and cultivate good values and responsibility.
OBJECTIVE
Formation of scientific attitude
-the children with good scientific attitude will grow with great rational thinking method.
Mastery of science process skills
-science process skills are needed to find solutions to problem or to make decision.
SCIENTIFIC ATTITUDES
curiosity- shows interest and pays particular attentions to objects or events to make kids wonder about how the world works around them.
Be creative- suggest new way to solve problems
Think critically- ability to think clearly and rationally, understanding the logical connection between ideas.
Honesty- gives a truthful observations and results without changing them, prepares them to face their future with responsibility.
Open mindedness- listens to and respects the ideas of others.
Be objective- look the information to prove the idea
Responsible- clean the tools after class, gather reports on time.
cooperation- willing to work well with others, don't feel arrogant with their opinions.
Systematic- follow activities based on instructions, work carefully.
THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY SCIENCE LEARNING IN ECE
Learning through experimentation- allows children to learn through hands-on experimentation, fostering scientific thinking techniques.
Improved observation skills- develop their ability to observe, analyze and synthesize information, honing their powers of obeservation.
Answering their curiosity and making them aware of scientific vocabulary in their early years may help them to make sense of the world around them.
Enhanced academic success- this knowledge will help them to be prepared for their high education.
Develop sensory and motor skills during exploring experiment- sensory skills are those such as vision, hearing, touch ,smell,taste, vestibular and proprioception.
Supports the development of other skills and attitude- communication skills, collaborative skills, analytics skills, reasoning skills, problem solving skills, sensory skills and many more.
Appreciate the greatness of god- children need to be nurtured with the spirit of loving, appreciating and amazing of God creatures, and caring for the earth and their environment so that the earth is always clean.
HOW TO EDUCATE KIDS WITH ENVIRONMENT ISSUES

At home
we can use energy-saving appliances
-we should switch off electrical appliances when we are not using them
-we should not wash a few pieces of clothes at a time
In school
-we should throw the rubbish into the correct recycle bins.

we can use public transport when travelling
we can plants more trees in our neighbourhood
