Loan Module - Coggle Diagram

      - Must not be a guarantor for another emergency loan
      - Must meet tenure eligibility (1 year for LKR 20,000, 2 years for LKR 40,000)
      - two employees are taking a loan, they cannot be a guarantor of each other loan application

      - Employees in Grade 4 and above will be able to select any guarantor from any grade and any department
      - Employees in Grade 5 and below will be able to select only from their department
