What is a case study?
:thinking_face:A case study is a real-life situation in which an approach adopted by a company is show cased. It shows how managers handled the decisions and challenges that came with the problem. it also gives us an understanding of the responses and events that the managers had to deal with.
How to analyse a case study?
:pencil2: In short: Case studies will differ in length, to do a case study one should examine the issues, read the case several times and work on getting a clear picture of the problem at hand and make effort to understand all the information provided. make recommendations based on knowledge and information.

Structure of report

Summary of case, Statement of main problem, Context of company(analysis- SWOT).

Based on information from your analyses, directed at solving the problem identified. It should flow from the introduction discussion of the analyses of the company.
The structure of a recommendation
Warrant: Reasons
a Rule or principle that justifies the recommendation and supporting evidence.
Backing: Underlying Principle
Some evidence or general reason to support the warrant.
Data: Supporting evidence
Empirical observation or facts that is offered as evidence.
Qualifier: Likelihood
manner of expressing force, give additional evidence
Claim: Recommendation
Argument to be justified.
Rebuttal:"Unless"
a Statement of some unusual circumstances that may limit the force of an arugment.
