educate about spirometry,physiotherapy,deep breathing exercises,resp muscle training,early mobalization after surgery,relaxation therapy

sternal precausions-no lifting more than 5-10lbs,no reaching behind back,no pushing or pulling by arms
cardiac rehabilitation-weight management,BP management,lipid manangement,DM management
smoking cessation
asssessment-chest pain,incision pain,limited mobility,anxietyvital sign changeslung sounds,cardiac rhythem,assess pain,
diet-avacado,friuts,vegetables,low fat diets,whole grains,low salts,avoid alcohol
