My artwork uses the metaphor of a suitcase to explore identity, migration, and personal transformation. It reflects my journey of moving between cultures, carrying both visible and invisible experiences—language loss, cultural expectations, and the need to belong. Inside the suitcase are symbolic elements like red thread, torn diary pages, and collaged imagery representing tradition, confusion, and self-growth. Through this piece, I hope to express the emotional weight of constantly adapting, and to invite viewers to reflect on what they carry with them—both physically and emotionally.
