Using Chromeleon - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Acquire Data
        
        Process Data
        
        Review and report results
      - To create a new sequence: Use an exisitng sequence as template, use results of injection query, use LIMS worklist, use sequence wizard, run the eWorkflow wizard
      - Once new sequence created/ if using an existing sequence: you can either modify the sequence or run the sequence
      - If modifying sequence you can modify:
        
        Modify injection list
        
        Change assigned instrument
        
        Modify or add instrument method
        
        Modify or add processing method
        
        Modify or add view settings
        
        Modify or add a report template
        
        Modify or add a spectral library
    - - Select start chromeleon instrument controller
    - - In chromeleon console, select instruments then select intruments name in navigation pane
      - In the work area, select the ePanel tab for the required module
      - Then either select the connect check-box or drag slider bar to connect the module or instrument to chromeleon. Green colour indicates a connection has been established.
