How to Identify the Issue and Conclusion?
Think about the author’s background or who they support
Check the beginning or end of the paragraph
Look for questions in the title or first paragraph

They talk about what’s good or bad, right or wrong

Examples: How do vaccine work?
ask things like: What, Who, When, Where, How
