Volume discounts
PortCo level and not VC/PE level
0-50 people: 0%;
51-100 people: 1%
101-200 people: 2%
200 people: 3%
We don't bleed discounts at PortCo level when size of relationship with them is small
R&D / Innovation credits
At VC/PE level
$3M+ annual invoice amount: 1% R&D budget
$5M+ annual invoice amount: 2% R&D budget
$7M+ annual invoice amount: 3% R&D budget
Gives more freedom to the partners to choose where they want to invest more - favourable for us too
Try before you buy (Need to rethink - how much in a year, till how many years, minimum team size, duration of project, SOW in place, how much we can charge and pass back when project is awarded)
Locked to $XXXXX / Quarter that can be used by the Partner for PortCo of their choice
We could consider person months or budget - I suggest budget depending on the size of the VC/PE and other factors
Gives more freedom to the partners to choose where they want to use this, while capping our discounts (contrary to what we had with Serent)
Other Options (investment heavy) - IGNORE
Sponsor 1 VC/PE level hackathon per year
Sponsor a VC-PE level Cybond-like networking event per year
These are more like marketing events for us which would be more expensive and allow us to make new connects - while not necessarily meaningful connects
Rate Card Options
Option 1: Blended rate of 5.5 years experience for Greenfield / Transformation / Modernization projects, and 4 years blended rate for sustained engineering projects
Option 2: Simple tiered rate range for Standard and Niche skills
