THEOCRACY-A system of government where religious leaders rule in the name of God or a Divine authority

AL-KITAB- Arabic for the book. In reference to the Quran or scriptures
GABRIEL-The angel that conveyed Allah's revelations to Mohammad.
SHIRK- The sin of associating partners with God ;considered thevgravest sin in Islam.
JIHAD- Warfare in defense of Islam.
TAWHEED- The Islamic belief in monotheism ( the one God/Allah)
