E-When employers realise that paper qualifications do not guarantee performance, many degree holders struggle to find suitable jobs.
E-2023 report by Talent Corp in Malaysia indicated that over 40% of graduates are employed in fields unrelated to their degrees. This statistic highlights a significant disconnect between the skills and knowledge imparted by Malaysian universities and the demands of the job market.
L- Although, having good academic results is important, it is even more important to have real skills and practical experience to succeed in today’s working world.
P-Rising cost of education
E-The increasing cost of tuition, school supplies, and additional fees can burden families, especially those from the B40 group.
E- This creates inequality, as some students may be forced to drop out or avoid higher education due to financial constraints.
E- As the cost of higher education in Malaysia continues to rise especially at private universities more students are depending on PTPTN loans to afford their studies.
L- Therefore,it is very important for the government and private sectors to offer more scholarships, financial aid, and affordable education options to ensure that every student has the chance to study and achieve their dreams.

L- therefore,education is very important because it helps people to live better, healthier, and happier lives while also caring for the environment and the community.
P- Promote social and economic development.
E- reduce poverty and unemployment by providing individuals with knowledge.
E- skills for better job opportunities.
E-Technical and Vocational Educational (TVET) programme prepare students for skilled jobs, increasing their income and improves their family standards of living.
L- Thus,education is very important because it helps a country grow, reduces poverty, and creates a better future for everyone.
P-Encourages gender equality
E- equal opportunities for both boys and girls, helping women gain confidence and independence
E- have to change traditional mindsets in families and communities.
E-Malaysia's PerkasaTVET Wanita initiative has demonstrably increased female enrollment in technical and vocational training (TVET) programs, with a notable rise to 43% in 2023.
L-Thus education not only empowers individuals but also plays a crucial role in breaking gender stereotypes and creating a more inclusive, progressive society.
